We really enjoyed the middle eastern food at this neighborhood restaurant. The three veggie platter including hummus, tabouli and falafel was generous and the accompanying pita were fresh. My companion’s lofted was nicely spiced.
Wow, the two huge rooms here were packed late on a Sunday. We had an appointment elsewhere and things were taking a long time so we only had time for cinnamon rolls, which were fantastic. Would love to come back. Very inexpensive.
The reviews really underrate this place, especially for an airport restaurant. Yes, it’s outrageously expensive. But something has to pay for the space. Speaking of the space, it’s light and airy and open.
The food is quite good. My turkey club was nicely stuffed with crispy bacon and the bread was grilled. The fennel slaw was an interesting side dish.
The meal was relaxed, and the server friendly. And yes, it did cost over $40 for a sandwich and a cocktail.
